Founder of LionFlow Yoga
Glenn Brown was certified in Hsing-I , Kung-fu , and Qi-gong in England at the Red Dragon school of Martial Arts in 2001. He was also certified in Bikram Yoga in L.A., in 2002.
Lionflow Progressive Yoga is what came of Glenn Brown’s private Taoist – Raja/Hatha Yoga practice. Practiced & refined in private for over 20 years as self preparation for sports, and to see & feel personal growth. With continual private practice even while learning from Kung-fu Masters, and great Yoga Gurus, Lionflow Yoga was born & refined as the base of Glenn’s personal workout.
Lionflow yoga is the Sadhana, or personal practice Glenn has developed over his lifetime. Not stealing yoga from other styles, (though poses belong to no one) but instead a practice based on how he felt compelled to move into, and out of poses.
Composing classes for different levels of students like a dance. The rule of class is to not force anything, but to move with fluidity to your safest capacity that day. Watching the postures grow deeper over time as if having a conversation with your body instead of an argument.
Lionflow Yoga went from hobby to an official LLC in 2010. The mission of Lionflow Yoga is to teach people how to do their yoga postures safely so that they can develop a home practice they can see personal progress in.
